Audrey Franklin Aldridge, 62, died Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford.

Funeral services will be today (Aug. 13) at 11 a.m.  at the First Baptist Church, 435 Williams Ave., Sledge, with interment at  Longtown Cemetery in Crenshaw under the direction of Wells Funeral Home

She was born Dec. 31, 1956 in Marks, to Cary Wayne and Ruth Garnell Sexton Franklin. She was a homemaker that enjoyed keeping her home clean and mowing her lawn on her riding mower.

JoAnn Pinion Chapman, 75, of Crenshaw, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019, at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch.

She was born Jan. 21, 1944 in Quitman County to the lLate Berthina Eugenia Pinion Chapman and Joseph Benjamin Chapman. She attended Hollywood Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Hartzell officiating. Interment was at Longtown Cemetery near Crenshaw.

Thomas Wade Malone, 88, of Crenshaw, died Aug.t 4, 2019.

Born June 20, 1931 in Coahoma County, MS, he was the son of the late Thomas Seabron and Blanche Horton Malone. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lucy Goodwin Malone. He was a dedicated teacher, coach, and administrator in DeSoto County Schools for 25 years.

A celebration of life service was held Aug.7 at Ray-Nowell Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial was at Longtown Cemetery.
