June 1

Montreal Jamore Turner, 114 Martinez Street, Batesville, was charged with contempt of court, failure to appear. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

William Troy Reid, 16 CR 251, Oxford, was charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 2

James Clark Holloway, 113 Love Road, Pope, was charged with grand larceny and has a hold for Carroll County. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 3

Raymond Gross, 15338 Old Panola Rd., Como, has a hold.

Steven Quadrious Flowers, 871 Herron Sub., Courtland, was charged with two counts of child support violation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Amanda Lynn St. John, 1290 Fowler Rd., Courtland, was charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Charlotte Denise Perry, 206 Garson St., Batesville was charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Robert Earl Kimble, 206 Garson ST., Batesville, was charged with domestic violence and possession of a weapon by a felon. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Katherine Cole, 11506 CR 520, Greenwood, was charged with DUI and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Como Municipal and Justice Courts.

Heather Marie Cox, 1190 Mudline Rd., Enid, was charged with driving while her license suspended and improper equipment. Her case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Zexdra Nallese Smith, 3408-A Eureka Rd., Batesville, was charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

June 4

Barbara Ann Hamilton, 482 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mikal Allan Wardlaw, 501 Lakewood Drive, Batesville, was charged with pettit larceny and burglary. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christopher Wesly McCollum, 2815 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was charged with domestic violence – simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Walter Gerald Henry, 1253 Hunters Parkway, Batesville, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Barbara Ann Tunson, 171  Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, was arrested for disorderly conduct – failure

to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Aaron Derelle Heffner, 306 Percyville St., Sardis, has a hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Walter Charles Tunson Jr., 171 Fudgetown Rd., Batesville was charged with contempt of court and possession of a weapon by a felon. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lanija N. Smallie, 322A Sherwood Dr., Batesville was charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal court.

Yunikia Haywood, 293 Depot St., Charleston, was cited for contempt of court- failure to appear and will appear in Sardis Municipal Court.

George Lee Todd Jr. of 330 Ford Rd., Batesville was arrested on possession of a controlled substance and failure to stop. He will appear in Batesville Municipal Court.

Donald Early Leverson was cited for contempt of court – failure to pay. The 40 OB MCClinton Road, Senatobia, resident will appear in Sardis Municipal Court.

Batesville Municipal Court will hear the case of Jimmy Bishop of 557 Sanders Rd., Sardis for DUI refusal and careless driving.

June 5

Harold Edward Times, 1653 Main ST., Pope, has a hold which will be heard in Justice Courtl.

Circuit Court will hear the felony fleeing case of Kennerie Temelle Young, 100 CR 207, Oxford.

Justice and Circuit Courts landed the case of grand larceny for Shaun Eldon Whitfield of 214 Tate St., Senatobia. He has two holds on his record.

Raishun Emmanuel Hewttle faces a charge of felony shoplifting. The 204 Lester St., Batesville, resident will appear in the Batesville Municipal and Circuit Courts.

Sardis Municipal Court will hear multiple charges levied against Letonia M’Shall Porter, 313 Center St., Sardis, for suspended driver’s license, no insurance, no seat belt and BPD.

Jatarious D’Marte Keys, 250 MLK Drive, Batesville, is being held for Tupelo.

Jamarcus Cordale Robinson, 226 Gordon Dr., Batesville faces multiple charges of no drivers license, no insurance and violation of the tint law. His case will be heard in Justice Court.

A contempt of court – failure to appear charge was levied against Justin Tom Tiner, 793 Ridgecrest Dr., Pope. Batesville Municipal Court will hear the case.

Justice Court will hear the trespassing case of Anthony Edward West, 08 Harmon Circle, Batesville.

Alis Monet Petty, 12871 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, will be in Justice Court for her contempt of court – failure to appear charges.

Damaro Rodriques Jones, Lot 20 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, will be in Justice Court for his domestic violence charge.

June 6

Lacy Darnell Neyland, 831 Cutrer Ave., Lambert has to answer to multiple charges of open container, disorderly conduct – failure to comply, public profanity, careless driving and DUI refusal in the Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Calvin Reeves Jr., 4651Curtis Rd., Batesville, will be in Justice Court to answer to charges of driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane and violation of the tint law.

Charged with disturbing the peace is Shanice Onesha Butler of 202 Coon Butler Rd, Sardis. Justice Court will heard the case.

Kaniya Lavontiara Ford, 1475 Hadorn Rd., Apt. 28, Batesville, will appear before Batesville Municipal Court on a contempt of court – failure to appear case.

Lasadra Katress Pettis, 303 Railroad St., Como will appear before Justice Court for disorderly conduct – failure to comply charge. She also has a hold for DeSoto County authorities.

Laparrish Conese Cauthen, Courtland, faces a simple assault charge and was ordered to appear at Batesville Municipal Court.

Markievus Middleton, 260 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland has a hold for Tate County and will appear in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 7

Talish Shanta Lloyd has been charged with disturbing the peace. The 434 Taylor St., Como, resident will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Charged with DUI-other is Larry Todd Montgomery, 360 Rowsey Rd., Water Valley. Justice Court will hear the case,

A family disturbance charge was levied and will be heard in Justice Court against Christopher Mark Mixon, 1415A Eureka Rd., Courtland.

Cedric Kent Gathrwright, 55 CR 475 Water Valley, will appear in Justice Court for charges of DUI first and careless driving.

Batesville Municipal Court will hear multiple charges against Shawn Cedric Brown, 1886 John Branch Rd., Batesville, for driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, improper equipment and possession of marijuana in a vehicle.

Gearmee Cordell Davis, 107 Cole Dr., Batesville, has a contempt of court charge that will be heard in Batesville Municipal court.

Batesville Municipal Court will heard the domestic violence case against Robert Dewayne Wright, 3541 Nash Rd., Batesville.

Tammy Renee Mixon, 14125A Eureka Rd., Courtland, will be in Justice court to answer to a family disturbance charge.

June 8

Daniel Calvert, Batesville, will be in Justice Court for a DUI-first charge.

Crenshaw Municipal and Circuit Courts will hear Jarvis Deangelo Duncan’s, 409 Frederick St., Sardis, simple possession charge. He also has a hold for MDOC.

Como Municipal Court will hear the simple possession and possession of paraphernalia case against Keandre Duquan Carter, 8324 Tate-Panola Road, Sarah.

Michael Angela Brassell, 166 Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, will be in Justice Court to answer charges of DUI, speeding and no drivers license.

June 9

Derald Reccardo Hankins, 348C Benson Rd., Pope, will be in Batesville Municipal Court for a domestic violence charge.

Santana Lashea Doyle, 3367 E. Benson Rd., has a simple assault charge to be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Batesville Municipal Court will hear the simple domestic violence case of Justin Kedrell Ferrell, 328 Hays St., Batesville.

Justice Court will hear Derrick Dewayne Gentry’s, 107 Court St., Sardis, DUI-first case.
