Three North Delta netters will advance to the MAIS AAA North State tournament after capturing first place and two second place finishes at the District 1-AAA  tournament.

Colin Hartman won the No.1 boys singles district championship with a 2-6, 6-1 and 10-6 victory over Bayou’s Rhodes Morgan.

Layton Wells fell in the No. 2 boys title match 6-4, 6-0 to Bayou’s William Wessel.

North Delta’s Ally Alford lost in straight sets 6-3, 6-3 to Lee Academy’s Alexis Diver in the No.1 girls final.

The three Green Wave netters will participate in the North State tourney on Tuesday in Cleveland.
