Spann brothers’ bond even stronger with shared kidney

Curtis L. Spann, as some of you might remember, was in need of a kidney. He was placed on the donor list, but one did not become available. Through the prayers of the righteous and through the love of Jesus and the love of a brother, Curtis was able to receive a kidney from his brother Eric. Now there’s a greater bond between the two that will never be broken The transplant took place on June 5, 2008, in Atlanta, Ga.

The transplant was a success, both are home and doing well. We thank God for this miracle. Through Jesus Christ all things are possible.

We would like to take the time and thank all of you for your prayers and donations. Special thanks goes out to Rev. Johnny Jones and the Spring Hill Church family for opening up their church doors and their hearts in a successful fund-raising effort to help Brother Spann in his time of need.
