Madison Kilgore, special projects manager for The Panolian, has begun production of a 64-page magazine featuring Batesville and 38606 zip code area to be published in August.

The free publication will include features on Batesville and local citizens including arts, sports, recreation and entertainment.

The magazine will be distributed through local advertisers, motels/hotels, Panola Partnership and the City of Batesville.

Although advertising space is available, there will only be a limited number of ads  sold for this size publication according to Kilgore.
