Delinquent Taxes

County of Panola Delinquent Tax Sale Notice of Lands sold for 2005 Delinquent Taxes that will mature to purchaser on August 28, 2008.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following listed real property situated in Panola County, Mississippi and sold August 28, 2006 for delinquent 2005 taxes will on the 28th  day of August, 2008 mature to the purchaser of said lands unless the same are redeemed on or before August 28, 2008.  Redemption can be made by paying the delinquent taxes and all penalities and interest at the Panola County Chancery Clerk’s Office located in the Panola County Courthouses in Sardis and Batesville, Mississippi. Unless payment is made on or before August 28, 2008, the lands will mature and a Tax Deed will be given to the purchaser of same.
