North Delta junior high football team will play at Pope in a  spring scrimmage.

North Panola football team will host M.S. Palmer of Marks in a scrimmage at 6 p.m.

South Panola football banquet will be held at the National Guard Armory at 6 p.m.

J.P. Hudson Park will host the Spring Fest Classic which is a USSSA baseball tournament.

Saturday, May 19

North Delta football team will host Marvell in a spring scrimmage.

Deshea Townsend of the Super Bowl XL Champion Pittsburgh Steelers will host the seventh annual Pay It Forward Football Camp at the South Panola High School football field. Registration is from 9 to 9:50 a.m., with the camp beginning promptly at 10 a.m. Pre-registration forms may be obatained from the Boys and Girls Club of Batesville located in the old National Guard Armory Building on Highway 51 South. Mon.-Wed., May 28-30

South Panola baseball team will host its annual summer baseball camp from 9 a.m. to noon each day. The cost is $30 per camper for ages 8 to 13. Campers should bring glove, bat, and catchers should bring their gear.

Fri.-Sun., June 1-3

J.P. Hudson Park will host the Bring the Heat Classic which is a USSSA baseball tournament.

Saturday, June 9

J.P. Hudson Park will host the closing weekend tournament for league teams beginning at 9 a.m.

Thur.-Sun., June 14-17

J.P. Hudson Park will host Dizzy Dean All-star Classic.

Mon.-Thur., June 18-21

South Panola fastpitch softball team will host  a softball camp at the South Panola softball field from 9 to 11:30 a.m. daily. The camp is for ages 6 to 14. Pre-registration cost is $60 and $75 on the day of the camp. For more information, call Ashleigh Hicks at 662-934-1133. A parental consent form must be signed.
