Tim Dalrymple,  59, passed away Saturday morning, May 13, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital  in Oxford.

The family will receive friends at Wells Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, with a graveside service to follow at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville. Rev. John Howell,  Jr. will officiate.

Tim was born on June 17, 1963 to Peggy Ann Rikard Dalrymple and the late William Harold Dalrymple in Florence, AL. He was a pipe welder by trade. Tim enjoyed riding around with his dog, hunting, and playing the guitar. He also liked talking sports, especially about the Mississippi State Bulldogs football team.

The family he leaves behind includes his two daughters, Riley Betts Dalrymple and Allie Morris; his two sons, Jim Tyler Dalrymple (Heather) and John Cody Dalrymple (Margaret Blake); one sister, Janet Dalrymple Karr (David); his mother, Peggy Ann Dalrymple; five grandchildren, Carder Dalrymple, Jamison Dalrymple, Keegan Dungan, Audrey White, and John Adler Dalrymple; and one nephew, Taylor Karr.
