More than 150 plates of pancakes were served at the Como United Methodist Church Saturday morning during the community’s annual fundraiser for the Como Volunteer Fire Department. Among those helping with pancake preparation and serving were Bob Kent, Sledge Taylor, Randy Perkins, Pete Nelson, Abner Young, Ed Nelson, and Bill Wallace.
