Holly Michelle was born on Nov. 10, 1970, to the late John R. Green and Tommie Lou Curry Green in Batesville. She worked 28 years in aviation at Federal Express ending her career as a Sr. Dependent Demand Specialist. Holly loved riding motorcycles and enjoyed life to the fullest.
One thing about Holly, she was so supportive and loving in all that she did. She never missed a Friday night football game, following her daughter, Allie, and the high school band to watch the half-time performance. She was also very active in her nieces’ and nephew’s lives, where all their friends knew her as “Aunt Holly” as well. Recently she became “LaLa” to her only grandson that she loved very much and called him “Manny”.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her family she leaves behind which includes her daughter, Allie Shankle (Colby) of Batesville; her sister, Hope Little of Enid; her brother, Johnathan Thomas “Toby” Green of Southaven; her only grandson, Henry-Gene Shankle; three nieces, Lauren Munoz, Erin Willis (Johnathan), and Jaiden Green; one nephew, Kyle Green; three great nieces, Anabel Munoz, Parker Runnels, and Jenna Blair Willis; and two great nephews, Brady Munoz and John Blake Willis.
Along with her parents, Holly was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Ray Green and Jon Ross Green and her forever love, Butch Bridges.
