A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

October 7
Bobby Levette Smalley Jr., 396 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent, improper equipment, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.
Keldrick D’Andra Henderson, 112 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

October 8
Lakeirene D. Ruffin, 331 Sims-Hawkins Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kerry Jermaine Merrell, 204 Sub Station Rd., Crenshaw, has a hold.
Jayunn Deon Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Stevie Bonds, 217 Hwy. 51, Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Kendrick D. Perry, 13927 Hwy. 315, Sardis, was arrested and charged with speeding and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Stephanie Renee Bell, 1400 Rich Rd., West Memphis, Ark., was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Quentin Lashaun Cox, 101 Everette St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, no proof of insurance, expired tag and speeding. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Orlando Anthony Williams, 2021 Abrams Rd., Como, was arrested and chareged with possession of a deadly weapon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Corey Jamal Edwards, 5962 Waterstone Oakway, Memphis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
Cedric Cornell Willingham, 1817 Springford Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Halicia Rena Butler, 705 West Pearl Ext., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Deshawn Samuel Lockwood, 149 Victory Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana in a vehicle and expired tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 12
Tommy Montana Rodgers, 73 Rodgers Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving while license suspended and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Tomeka Shae Lamar, 410 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Morgan Danielle Anderson, 110 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
