Marco Kentrell Lamar, 5729 Pleasant Grove Rd., Sarids, is on a writ to hold.

August 9
Heather Elaine Cox, 228 A Eureka St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Erica Leigh Pitcock, 325 Hightower, Sardis, has a writ to hold.

August 10
Tekendra Markeitha Oliver, 1607 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Seriei Fidel Lowe, 303 Carothers St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with gambling. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Tyrone Nion Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 11
Elizabeth Nicole LaMaire, 210 Van Voris St.,Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Joe Fredrick Mosley Jr., 45  Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and two counts of improper equipment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Dustin Stephen Shutler, 5822 Lake Port Dr., Millington, Tenn., has a hold.
Annalisa Marie Beck, 7522 Barnacre Rd., Sardis, has a hold.
Cedricke D. Green, 124 Noel St., Greenwood, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and has a hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Erica Marshell Harrell, 63 Willow Rd., Sardis, has a hold. The case was heard in Justice Court.
David Darril Jackson, 26 Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.
Patrick Allan Rudd, 3946 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with family disturbance, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 12
Ceaira Renee Harris, 105 Goodhaven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.
Jasmine Smoot, 2796 Normandy Cove, Horn Lake, was arrested and charged for simple assault (warrant). The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Darius Dewayne Lester, 208 West Lee St., Sardis, served two days for probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
August 13
Amber Leigh Jaco, 471 County Road 10, Tillatoba, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.
Jeremy D. Pegues, 164 Henry Drive Extended, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Lauren Brooke Jaudon, 238 Hickory Lane, Sardis, is being held for investigation.

Rodney Tyrone Young, 101 Porter St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
Jonathon Strickland, 204 Baker St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jimmy Lee James, 305 Mitchell St., Itta Bena, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
