The following is a list of those incarcerated at the David M. Bryan Justice Center from Monday, May 18 through Thursday, May 21 as provided by the Panola County Jail upon request.
A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

May 18
Jarvis Cortrail Johnson, 433 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Scotty Lavell Thomas, 317 D Patton Lane, Batesville, was sentenced to 13 years. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
Elcing O’won Miller, 289 Park Place, Como, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court
Alvin Derell Wiley, 145 A Tramel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Nicholas Kentrell Jones, 1497 Hunters Chapel Rd., Como, has a hold.
Cedric Cornell Willingham, 1817 Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Damon Lamar Andrews, 107 MLK Apt. 4C, Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
May 19
Kevin Christopher Morrison, 3214 Atkinson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Roy Gene McGee, 130 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Damon Lamar Andrews, 127 MLK Apt. 4C, Batesville, had 24 hours to serve. The case was heard in Justice Court.

Anthony Aundray Stanton, 214 Tubbs Rd. Apt. No. 46, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
David L. Willis III, 4806 New Hope Ave., Pascagoula, has a hold.
Melvin Clark II, 244 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Ira Joe Chapman, 234 D Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-death. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Anthony Bernard Tribble, 209 Draper St., Batesville, was sentenced six years to serve MDOC for possession of marijuana. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
Richard Henderson, 1090 Rockhill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, no seat belt and expired sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
