Gregory Deshun Smith, 230 Dunson Ave. Apt. 7, Crowder, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, two counts of domestic violence and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Richard Eric Parker, 5550 Hwy. 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joshua Wayne Fisher, 10006 Keely Dr., Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, driving while license suspended, failure to yield to stop sign, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on an officer. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Amber Jeanine Woods, 807 Strickland Rd., Byhalia, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stacey Undra Burdette, 101 Clinton St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
