William R. Fielder, 4397 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated cruelty to a dog. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Norman Wayne Hughes, 1759 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with gratification molestation to a child and statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Byron Shaviah Hines, 1818 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
