August 11

Mikal Allan Wardlaw, 501 Lakewood Dr., Batesville, is a state inmate. 

August 12

Mark A. Wesley, 133 CR 107, Oxford, has a hold for MDOC.

Stephen Glen Strickland, 735 D Clearbrook Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with no helmet, driving on wrong side of road, unauthorized vehicle, reckless driving failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cory Cortez Medlock, 4740 Hwy. 51 North Apt. 1G 205, Southaven, was arrested and charged with no inspection sticker, improper turn, driving on wrong side of road, no proof of insurance, reckless driving, no seat belt, no tag, no helmet, failure to stop to blue lights and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie B. Ellis, 109 Everette St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Laverne Honeycutt, 164 Howards St., Marks, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ollie Mantrell Hunt, 805 Campbell St., Winona, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Brien D. Hentz, 805 Campbell St., Winona, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant and indictment for on count possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Edward Dashawn Ford, 949 B Wells St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Taraski A. Doyle, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no turn signal and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

W.C. Parker, 1109 Old Pavine Rd., Rosedale, has a hold for MDOC probation violation.

August 14

Dennis Clark Henderson, 205 Lenard St. Skyline Apt. 2, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jarico D. Brassell, 2114 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, has a hold.

Rondey Lontell Griffin, 475 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, has three years to serve with MDOC. 

Carla M. Griffith, 11381 Hwy. 35 South, Batesville, has a hold for Virginia. 

Brittany Nicole Beard, 384 Pine Lodge Rd., Batesville, has a hold.

Christopher Glenn Weaver, 580 C Shady Grove Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Joseph William LaPort, 384 Pine Lodge Rd., Batesville, has a hold.

August 15

Antionette Shadue Smith, 206 A Jones St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Courtney Derell Jones, 116 West Mills Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second and has five days to serve. The case was heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Lee Sidney, Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eddie Hugh Harris, 162 B Main St., Courtland, is serving weekends.

Tabitha Danyelle Pittman, 206 James St., Batesville, is serving weekends. 

Anthony Harris Jr., 126 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 16

David Taylor Jr., 303 Railroad Lot 10, Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Andrew Benard Rayner, 8417 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with weapon possession by felon, possession of firearm enhancement, possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of stolen firearm. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Jarvis Rodricus Allen, 2393 Pecan Circle, Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Dedrick Devin Ivery, 275 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
