January 17

Greg Kent Collins, 721 Riverside Dr., Marks, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

January 18

Kerry Bernard Saulsberry, 161 Evans St., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended.

Alan Ray Price Jr., 235 Elm St., Oxford, was arrested and charged with failure to yield to right of way and DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chad N. Lewis, 3430 Gravel Springs Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municiopal Court.

Courtney P. Porter, 110 MLK Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shannon Scott Earby, 11 Ellzey Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marquitea Laffeyette Jones, 310 C N. Main St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Bobby Ray Jones, 1088 A. Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of firearm by a felon. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Sallie Spencer Richardson, 711 College St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and expired driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dauron McKinley Jenkins, 214 Tubbs Rd. Apt. 34, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. 

January 20

Marie Angela Bayless, 74 Pepper Brook Cove, Southaven, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and DUI-refusal (second). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marie Ellen Todd, 316 Mill St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with expired tag and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

January 21 

Bennie Nathaniel Irby, 206 Tubbs Rd. Apt. No. 19, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Shanignaw Latashe Patterson, 4887 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Eric William Titus, 2454 Cato Rd., Braxton, is being housed for MHP state work detail. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

January 22

Cedric James Curry, 6040 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Najee Labraford K. Edwards, 3339 Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kay Adams, 482 Curtis Lock Station Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to hold.
