Tammy L. Ivy, 351 Leslie Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jonathan Pena Garcia, 3878 Spring Port Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ruben Silva Martinez, 201 Old Hwy. 75, Oxford, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tiffany Latrica Smallie, 118 Sherwood, Batesville, was arrested and charged on a warrant for suspended driver’s license, contempt of court and no tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Arthur Lewis Rudd, 3946 B Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Amber Rose Jones, 19502 Hwy. 51 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kristopher Shannon Jones, 146 Dawn Cove, Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Albert John Johnson, 8353 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of post release. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Taki Danniel Lee, 91 H Elbert Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Kendrick McGhee, 134 Patton Lane, Batesville, is waiting for sentencing. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jemarcus Roshun Black, 29118 Hwy. 51, Como, had his bond revoked. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Veronica Catrise Heffner, 306 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus S. Hughes, 4981 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Amos Hulett, 1360 Deer Creek Rd., Batesville, has a hold for writ.

Marcus Gross, 21747 Blackjack Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Justice and Chancery Courts.
