Members of the Batesville Planning Commission face a heavy agenda for their Monday, Sept. 23 meeting with representatives of ten commercial properties seeking changes.
Joe Key will make a conditional use permit request for property in Midtown Market Shopping Center at 435 Hwy. 6 East, the agenda states.
At 109 Wood Street, Edith Cole is seeking rezoning from R-7 to C-1.
Wishcamper Properties representative Darryl Dilmore will seek approval of landscape plans for the Skyview Apts. renovation project on Lester St.
Brent Nickle and Tracy Crutcher will present for review site and building design standards for an addition at Nickle Storage on Eureka St.
Robert Shepard and Ray Boltz will seek rezoning from R-9 to RM3 at 103 Redbud, the meeting agenda continues.
Wally Pang will seek approval for an amendment to site and building design standards to allow office space at Uptown Storage on Woodland.
Milton Wardlaw Jr., Ryan Revere and a representative of the Panola Partnership will seek rezoning of Hwy. 35 North property from agricultural to I-2, heavy industrial.
Maribeth Haire will present for review site and design standards for the Family Practice Clinic and Square Arts.
Larry Cole will present to commissioners for review site and building design standards for an addition at AAAA Safe Storage.
Indu Vaghela will present amended sign plans for sites and building design standards review for the Comfort Suites Hotel under construction east of I-55.
The Batesville Planning Commission meets monthly to review site and design standards for construction and to consider rezoning and conditional use permit requests. The commissioners vote to approve or to disapprove each request. The requests then go before Batesville aldermen for their approval for the final step.
Monday’s meeting starts at 5 p.m. in the City Hall.
