April 23
Marco Antonio F. Martinez, 112 Magnolia Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Willie Anthony Eppenger, 2245 Longtown Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and no tag light. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Michael James Alphonso Moore, 125 Gregory Circle, Lambert, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Brian Hall, 294 Banger Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with stalking and has a hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Everett R. Mixon, 210 Georgia St.., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tracy Baker, Lot. No. 36 Edward Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jacquelynn J. Mahan, 4856 CR 224, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance.

William Ruffin Jr., 331 Sims Hawkins Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with switched tag, driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

George Lewis Bailey, 1691 Wilson Rd. Lot. No. 1, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Christopher Scott, 116 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Xavier Gregory Hines, 445 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
