April 15
Eric M. Alexander, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant for sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
James Douglas Willie, 2661 Old Hwy. 69, Tunica, is here for court for murder. The case will be held in Circuit Court.
Jacqueline Smith, 203 Fisher St., Batesville, is charged with three counts of false presense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jimmy L. Daugherty, 5081 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

April 17
Dustin Ray Norwood, 1062A Waldrip Road, Batesville, is being held for contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
James Arcutt, 66 Beaver Road, Munford, Tenn., was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Michael J. Moore, 125 Gregory Circle, Lambert,  was arrested and charged with no seat belt and possession of marijuana in a vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Haven Wayne McGee, 209B Pamela St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and stalking. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Cordaro Montaz Orr, 422 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI refusal, careless driving and no driver’s license. The case wil be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Michael Montrell Norwood, 530 West Pearl St., Sardis, is being held for investigation.
Michael Johnson, 91 H. Elbert Smith Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in vehicle, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and failure to use turn signal. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lee Russell Mix, 509 North Court St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Derrick Martinus Cunningham, 4465 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
George Douglas Mister Jr., 330 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, simple assault – felony, possession of controlled substance, possession of firearm, resisting arrest and animal cruelty. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
