November 5

Dewayne Butts Fonville, 3887 Tom Floyd Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Lavarue Hollins,  206 Tubbs Rd. No. 20, Batesville, is a federal detainee being held at the jail.

Jose Juan Cabrera, 1151 Hwy. 51 North Lot 302, Nesbit, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shurman Randell Hunt,  426 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Demarcus Cordell Gary, 101 Shadow Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with careless driving and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dewayne Walls, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Jimmy Dale Redwine, 471 Sunset Dr., Pope, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Leroy Wilson Jr., 211 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with rape and simple assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Robert L. Spain, 876 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to appear. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Kendall L. Diggs, 3946 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Victor McGee, 240 Fourth Street, Crowder, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
