Jerry Gerelle Johnson, 600 Bill Wallace, Sardis, was arrested and charged with grand larceny – burlgary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

September 24

Jody Len Williford, 1354 Mason Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order.

Joe Patrick Jackson, 77 Harmonia Rd., Como, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order.

Willie Williams, 609 14th St. North, Columbus, is a MDOC inmate being housed at the jail.
September 25

Patrick Ray McCoy, 1215 Pine St., Leadwood, Mo., was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Samantha Ann Brooks, 7926 Ellen Dr., Southaven, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

September 26

Janice Faye Williams, 8322 Hwy. 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and DUI-second. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Quendez Kortez Robinson, 201 Lamar Thomas Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

September 27

Cedric James Curry, 6040 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, stalking/harassing, trespassing and simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Michael Dewayne Gray, 1485 King Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failing drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin G. Brownlee, 203 D. Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lyndon Mosley Jr., 331 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christopher Arterria Hogue, 49 Red Bud, Oakland, was arrested and charged with false information and felony shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Latoya James, 516 First St., Marks, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk. The case will be heard in Marks Municipal Court.

Bruce Robertell  Wilbourn, 211 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and aggravated assault. He has an investigative hold.
