May 21

Terrell Andre Harris,  404 Womack St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jandon Lanelle Edwards, 125 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Jeremy Terrill Jackson, 221 Tubbs Rd. Apt. No. 30, Batesville, was charged with felony embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stanley Lester, 1056 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in justice court.

Ashanta Tamerea Dean, 314 Hernando St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Mary Elizabeth Cooper Burnham, 118 Church St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with abusing members of police and fire department, domestic violence and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darius Donte McNeil, 307 Ford St., Como, was arrested and charged with dog fighting. The case will be heard in Como Muncipal Court.

Frederick Monroe Howard, 703 McKelly St., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen firearm. The case will be heard in justice and circuit courts.

Lee Ann Burdette, 203 D Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in chancery court.

Demetric L. Lester, 167 Green Briar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and public profanity. The case will be heard in justice court.

Raymond Carroll Rowland, 60 Joe Dettor Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with child support lock up order. The case will be heard in chancery court.

Georgina Rosha Gardner, 303 Railroad St. Lot No. 17, Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in justice court.

Scotty Lavell Thomas, 317 D Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Heather Leslie Toney, 121 Owens St., Marks, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Zachary Alan Young, 510 Bobby St., Oxford, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, expired tag, no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended.

Edward C. Morgan, 1723 Sanders Rd., Sardis, is being held for circuit court.

Stephanie Watson, 201 Liebeman Cove Rd., Sledge,  was arrested and charged with uttering forgery. The case will be heard in circuit court.
