His court-ordered restrictions require him to wear an electronic monitor around his ankle, according to Panola County Sheriff Otis Griffin. He is also limited to traveling only between work and home, with a 10 minute time period to make the trip.

He also is not allowed to stop anywhere between the two locations.

Saripkin is also prohibited from being around children.

Saripkin is a registered sex offender for two counts of felony statutory rape. He served four years in a Tennessee prison before being released in 2002.

The Sept. 1 arrest  comes after a nine-month  investigation that started when authorities learned that Saripkin had two minor boys living in his East Lee Street home, according to Whitten.

The charges filed so far allegedly occurred when the two boys were 16 and 17 years old.
