In the October 22 edition of The Panolian in the Justice Court report, a court case involving Robert and DeeDee Box contained statements the couple seeks to clarify.
The deputy who filed charges in the Oct. 7 incident was called to the Box home. The Box’s have said, contrary to statements in open court, that Robert Box did not go onto the property of William Taylor and Jennifer Padget and did not expose himself to Jennifer Padget.
While the charges were remanded, Taylor pleaded not guilty during an initial appearance the week before.

Patricia Fletcher, an affiant in a stalking case heard in the October 24 session of Batesville Municipal Court, on October 26 told the newspaper that she did not say in court that she and defendant Joann Flowers were both having an affair with a married man.
